Terms of use

Ride smart. Use TrackItMX at your own risk.

These terms explain the basic rules for using TrackItMX, including off-road riding risk, navigation limits, ride recording, shared content, and support.

Plain-language note: TrackItMX is a ride app. It is not emergency rescue infrastructure, professional riding instruction, professional mechanical advice, or a guarantee that a trail, route, surface, or setup is safe.

1. Acceptance

Using TrackItMX means you accept these terms.

By using TrackItMX, you agree to these terms and the TrackItMX privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. These terms may be updated as the product changes.

2. Riding risk

Off-road riding is risky.

Off-road riding can lead to crashes, injury, death, property damage, equipment loss, legal issues, or getting lost. You are responsible for your vehicle, protective gear, trail choice, riding decisions, and local rules.

3. Navigation

Maps and routes are guidance, not guarantees.

Trail data, routes, distances, travel time, access points, and map behavior can be wrong, incomplete, stale, or unavailable. Always follow posted signs, land-use rules, road laws, and real-world conditions.

4. Recording and review

Ride data can be imperfect.

Ride recording and review depend on device sensors, permissions, GPS quality, battery, app state, network conditions, and other factors. TrackItMX can help you understand a ride, but it cannot promise perfect data.

5. Coach and mechanic

Guidance is informational.

Ride Coach, Mechanic, garage, setup, and maintenance guidance are informational suggestions only. They are not professional instruction, medical advice, emergency advice, or a substitute for your OEM service manual.

6. Group Ride and sharing

Only share what you are comfortable showing.

Group Ride rooms, spectator links, public trail boards, Ride Buddy posts, and shared rides may expose selected aliases, route context, ride details, messages, or live presence to other people. Use these features intentionally.

7. Content rules

Keep shared content useful and respectful.

Do not post illegal, abusive, harassing, misleading, dangerous, spammy, or rights-violating content. TrackItMX may remove content, limit access, or take action when content is reported or appears to misuse the product.

8. Emergency note

TrackItMX is not emergency response.

Do not rely on TrackItMX for rescue, crash detection, medical help, law enforcement, roadside assistance, or emergency communication. In a real emergency, use local emergency services.

9. App Store terms

Apple platform terms may also apply.

If you download TrackItMX through the App Store, Apple platform terms and the applicable App Store purchase, subscription, or licensed application terms may also apply.
